Our Mission
We hope that traumagenic systems can learn how to better advocate their own needs and guide their own healing journey with their mental health care provider.
1) What's your life like now?
We are in functional multiplicity. We are financially stable, own our home, have cats, and great friends who have become chosen family. Only a few people know of our multiplicity. We are generally covert. We are the 14% that is publicly covert and privately covert or overt depending on the situation. Life is still unfair like it always has been but we have learned to tolerate what we cannot control and do something about what we can. We have chosen peace over people pleasing. We value ourselves and each other. We try to find the happiness where we can because we cannot depend on others to make us happy. We don't always get along but in the end we are each other and we are one because the cooperative whole is greater than the sum of individually acting parts.
2) What are your pronouns?
I/me/we/us/they/them/he/him.
3) Do you have a discord?
We are so very sorry but regretfully no. In all honesty, we do not want the responsibility of moderating a community.
4) Do you recommend any shows or movies with DID?
Everyone has their own interpretation of how DID should be represented in the media and how I would like it depicted has not been shown to us yet. We would love to hear if you have a favorite depiction. We even would like to hear disliked depictions. Our next project is going to involve multiplicity in media.
5) Do you have an audio version?
We are working on it. For now, you can try to use a PDF accessibility reader.
6) Thank you for making this free!
You are all very welcome! We made it free because we want it to be undeniable proof to you all that each and every single one of you matter, even to someone you have never met in person.
You matter.
A cooperative whole is greater than the sum of individually acting parts.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to this guide! Thank you all so very much for your time and patience. Thank you for sharing your experiences with me and inviting me into your healing journeys.
We all made this. All of you who took the time to speak to us.
Every one of you are the reason why the guide is free. This guide came from the community and so it belongs to the community.
